Land and Sea offers a wide selection of pre-fixe party menus at excellent prices for any occasion. All menu options are flexible at any reasonable requests.

A non refundable deposit is required to reserve you date.

Rooms can be shared if minimum is not met. All minimums must be confirmed with management.

Our private rooms can accomadate up to 110 guests. If you wish, you can reserve the entire restaurant exclusively, respective to the size of your party. Please see the restaurant manager for more details.

Also you must let us know in advance about any space needed for music equipment or entertainment.

A final head count is needed 48 hours prior to the date of your function.
